The TCS Tire Plug Kit uses durable "Rocket" anchors (because they look like tiny rockets) that stay in your tire and hold the plug in place. You will not lose a plug. The anchor will hold it in place like a ship at dock. But wait... there's more... You can reuse the anchors when you're all done. It's like a treasure chest when you need to swap-out your tires. The Rocket Plug Kit also features an 'Extra Hand' tool under the smaller cap. If you haven't pre-loaded the Rocket, the Extra Hand will temporarily plug the hole and take the pressure off while you prepare your Rockets and plugs. We went through a lot of arguments at WTB to get this thing dialed and man, we are so stoked on how it turned out. We hope you like it as much as we do. REUSABLE "ROCKET" ANCHORS Rocket anchors rotate once pushed into the tire and physically prevent the plug from pulling back through the tire when running higher pressure or through heavy cornering like traditional plugs can. Oh, we tried to pull it through, and we were holding up e-bikes from the plug. The anchor remains fixed in place until it’s removed from the inside of the tire and put back in the tool for future use. Reusable and Recyclable! Win, win! EXTRA HAND The Extra Hand (because who couldn't use an extra hand every once and a while) stopper can be pushed into the puncture to temporarily stop any loss of air while a rider determines how many tire plugs are needed and prepares to seal it. The Extra Hand can also be used as a reamer to create a more uniform hole for the tire plugs to seal. COMPACT AND LIGHT The TCS Rocket Tire Plug Kit is CNC’d from 6061 aluminum alloy with an integrated extra hand tool and plunger. It also has internal storage for four anchors (two large and two small included), and fifteen 1.5mm diameter tire plugs. Ready to Launch Rocket anchors can be preloaded with 1-4 tire plugs depending on the terrain and size of punctures riders typically encounter. Preloaded Rocket anchors are then placed on the plunger, ready to launch the moment a puncture occurs. The clock is ticking! TCS Tubeless TCS (Tubeless Compatible System) is WTB's standardized tubeless system. When you do get a puncture with a tubeless tire with sealant inside, this is a great way to fix it.

The Tubeless Tire Plug Pack kit contains fifteen 1.5mm tire plugs and four anchors (two small and two large) that are optimized for use with the TCS Rocket Tire Plug Kit, but will also work with most multi-tools in a pinch. The small anchor holds up to two plugs and can be pushed into the tire using a 2mm hex. The large anchor holds up to four plugs and is compatible with either a 2mm or 3mm hex. But while we were testing it, some folks preferred to just run it without the tool and just their 2mm or 3mm hex on their multi-tool. The same spoke thread treatment used by Stan's pro wheel builders is now available to everyone. Stan's SRD Spoke Powder fills the threads of the spoke and functions as both a lubricant during assembly and a thread lock once built. Each bottle contains 24g (.8oz) which will treat approximately 300 wheels. The PTFE powder in Stan's SRD Spoke Powder acts as a barrier, keeping the metal of the nipple from bonding to the metal of the spoke and preventing spoke wind up during build or adjustment. In promoting a smoother turning nipple, the powder also ensures more accurate and consistent wheel builds, with less “ping and pop" during and after the build.
